Tyler Gunn
Founder & Principal
With over a decade of experience in building and project management, Tyler founded Airlie Homes to bring thoughtful design, high-quality craftsmanship, and a personal touch to the home-building journey. A Wilmington local, Tyler is passionate about creating homes that capture the beauty and lifestyle of coastal living. His belief is simple: every homeowner deserves a building experience that’s smooth, exciting, and rooted in trust. When he’s not leading new projects, you’ll find Tyler enjoying everything coastal Carolina has to offer—from the water to the community he proudly calls home.
Background: Tyler has over a decade of experience in the residential construction industry.
Before founding Airlie Homes, he gained strong field experience in project management, construction operations, and client service, which gives him a deep, hands-on understanding of the custom homebuilding process.
Christian Palmer
Mike combines years of construction management experience with a true passion for helping families build their dream homes. As a hands-on owner, Mike is personally involved from the first walkthrough to the final detail, making sure every home reflects Airlie’s high standards of quality and care. Known for his communication, problem-solving skills, and eye for detail, Mike ensures that every step of the building process feels smooth, personal, and exciting for Airlie clients.
Background: Mike Santilli brings strong experience in residential construction management, specializing in project oversight, client communication, and day-to-day operations on custom home builds. He has a background working in high-end residential projects, meaning he is very familiar with the expectations and detail required for luxury coastal home construction.
With a strong background in the coastal NC real estate market, Christian has built expertise representing both buyers and sellers. She’s excited to put her experience to work for all your real estate needs.
Grayson Palmer

Growing up in Wilmington, Grayson considers himself a true local who desires to show everyone how great this area is. With a true passion for the water, he is always eager to introduce clients to all that the area has to offer, including beautiful beaches, historic downtown, amazing restaurants, parks, music venues, and the many local neighborhoods.
After leaving the area to attend Appalachian State University, where Grayson earned degrees in Marketing and Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, he decided to move back to his beloved Wilmington and begin his career in Real Estate, where he has been a top producer, helping countless home buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate dreams.
Grayson’s local knowledge, accompanied by his vast network of personal and professional connections, makes him the perfect partner for your real estate needs.
